Custom ring binders - Two colour screen printed 800 micron polypropylene ring binder. One D-shape mechanism of a 25mm capacity with 4 rings. In that case, we made a special fabrication of polypropylene to reach the exact colour of material required by our client (yellow one).

Custom binder - 4-colour process litho printed PVC ring binder (printed only on its outer side). Flap closure with 2 velcro coins. The foam grey and rigid board gives an amazing finishing and smoothness. The offset printing on PVC stands out by its high image quality and modern look.

Custom ring binders - 4-colour process litho printed PVC ring binder. Moulds and die-cut shapes (tools) we used to make this ring binder are custom-made. With the offset printing technique, you will print directly on the PVC material and you will obtain a perfect combination of an excellent halftone definition and vibrant colours that you cannot reach with any other printing techniques.

The screen-printing technique results in a high quality finishing. The choice of a 2.5mm thick greyboard and of a the thermowelded PVC results in a solid ring binder, as it is set to be used very often.
